*this* Starbucks has a particularly pleasant, helpful and skilled staff. They're always smiling, happy to help - and quick w/ service. This is our go-to for getting an iced coffee w/ caramel macchiato (and eggnog seasonly if they have it). Def. one of the better locations in Cincinnati. It's small.. not one of the mid-to-larger comfy locales with expanded seating.. sure.. but everything else makes up for that. Even when they're packed you'll be in/out in a few minutes after a 'Have a Great Day!' And a smile from the staff~ :) *additionally* This site has a Clover machine. ;)
